Established in 2021 by Neil Hughes in partnership with Benjamin Stevens after a successful career of over 25 years running his family Estate Agency business in Park Street, with this highly successful London brand to combine the best of his extensive local area knowledge and experience with their vast customer network and resources and there state of the art marketing, to create a superior level of professional and bespoke property services for his clients, dedicated to sale and lettings in St.Albans and the surrounding villages.
About Benjamin Stevens
Benjamin Stevens Estate Agents was launched by Steve Wayne in January 2004, Steven was aged just 22 at the time. Prior to this, he worked briefly for another agent in the Edgware area before making the decision to branch out on his own. He was born, grew up in, and is now raising his own family in the North West London area.
Since then, Steven has grown and developed the business which now operates with large and successful Sales (Residential and Commercial), Lettings and Property Management departments spread over two branches, and a well-established Block Management practice.
Benjamin Stevens’ specialism is customer service and having expertise in all areas of the property industry. Quality and complete professionalism is our ethos.
Our main branches are based in Edgware since 2004 and Bushey since 2009. We currently cover the areas of Edgware, Mill Hill, Burnt Oak, Colindale, Kingsbury, Stanmore, Wembley, Harrow, Bushey, Oxhey, Watford, Borehamwood, and all surrounding areas.
In September 2018, after 2 years of planning, the first Benjamin Stevens Hub was launched. The number of Partner Agents who have joined our Hub model is continuingly growing at a rapid pace. All are all local area experts and cover the entire London, Greater London areas and beyond.
In 2014 we were invited to become members of the prestigious Guild of Property Professionals. We won The Guild of Property Professionals Gold Award in 2021 for both Sales and Lettings for the entire London region, beating many other applicants. We won their Silver Award in 2022, 2020 and 2019, again for both Sales and Lettings for the London region.
We receive constant 5 Star reviews on ‘all Agents’ and based on client feedback, the ‘all Agents’ Gold Award as the area’s No 1 in Sales for the company, as well as Gold, Silver, and Bronze awards for individual Sales Negotiators.
Benjamin Stevens received the Gold Winner for the British Property Awards for the whole of North London, this adding to the Gold Awards for Bushey and Edgware, Edgware we have been awarded gold for the last three consecutive years.
