We cannot recommend Neil Hughes too highly. No-one knows Park Street better - we bought our house through him 20 years ago and sold it through him last year, both quicker and for a significantly higher price than other agents were suggesting. Best of all is that he stayed with us right through the process, updating us at every stage, and actively prodding the buyers' solicitors - because of course (this being Park Street!) he knew them. We were always able to reach him, even well out of office hours, and he always got back to us when he said. Really terrific agent.

Neil sold my late father’s house for me, and the care and understanding he showed was amazing at a sad time for the family. He negotiated an excellent price for the property, but it did not stop there, as he was able help and advise on the clearing of the house and even the removing of some treasured plants. A truly exceptional agent with great local knowledge and someone I would recommend to anyone.

Significantly more an impressed with the work that was done by Neil Hughes of Benjamin Stevens.The marketing that was done was absolutely on-point and we had multiple viewings within 24 hours and acceptable offers within days, It was utterly impressive to see images and brilliantly produce videos of our home showing up on social media so quickly after you visited. We also can’t thank you enough for all your help in coordinating the negotiations with the exchange completion dates. Everything worked out perfectly and we are tremendously grateful for what you’ve done for us Neil.
